Job seekers must ensure that all information submitted (e.g., resume, cover letter) is truthful and up to date. Misrepresentation may result in account suspension.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, code, and design, is the property of Sourcing and Placement or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

9. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that job placements will result from using the platform.
